Our compact skid-mounted ultrafiltration system removes suspended solids, most bacteria and log4 viruses. The technology uses membrane filters and is most commonly used for wastewater reuse, industrial process water, borehole water.
Membrane Group’s UF Systems are designed using Hollow Fiber PVDF Tips Technology, with Out to In Filtration, thereby, giving superior performance in difficult-to- treat waste waters and extreme pH and Chlorine tolerance. In addition to this, the system does not require water backwash unlike conventional UF Systems thereby reducing the operating cost and load on the upstream system.
Membrane Group offers both Pressurized Ultra Filtration systems for applications < 100ppm Suspended solids and Submerged Ultra Filtration Systems for higher Suspended solids feed water. Complete system is skid mounted and automatic control system which can be operated through SCADA/ PLC
