Clarification

What is Clarified Water?

Clarified water is water which has undergone clarification to remove suspended solids and solid particles. Water clarification is used in the pre-treatment of drinking water, prior to further purification, and the treatment of municipal wastewater and industrial effluent.

Water clarification helps remove suspended solids and particulate matter – usually with the help of flocculants and coagulants, which improve settling. Membrane Group offers a number of products and technologies that can help customers achieve clarification depending on the water source, quality, space availability and desired output quality.  Careful evaluation of each application means our customers receive the most efficient combination of technology and products at the lowest overall cost.
