Water of high purity is as important as the reagents and equipments used in any Chemical, clinical, bio-chemical and pharmaceutical Laboratories. High purity water is also required for process needs.

Mostly, pathogen free distilled water is being used for such applications.

With the advent of new technologies to make water ultra pure having electrical resistance in excess of 18 megohm and free from any other organic or inorganic impurities, the use of such ultra pure water has become the order of the day.

Such systems incorporate newer technologies like Ultra Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Chemical Treatment Systems, Chemical Cleaning Systems, Ozonization/UV radiation and in-built sanitization facilities. Such treatment scheme gives quality better than double distilled water from drinking water. These systems are PLC controlled which eliminates manual errors, ensures continuous production and constant quality of treated water.

All the components are fabricated using corrosion-resistant materials in our factories or procured from our international associates. Performance of water purification systems is as per international quality standards. It prevents the release of aggressive and harmful contaminant into the water and consequently environment. We individually design water purification systems for process water and boiler feed water to optimize particular applications conditions and achieve maximum recoveries.

Membrane Cross flow Process is a Solute Solvent separation working at Room temperature. The cross flow membrane process has one feed but two output streams of following features-
  • Concentrated solutes called reject
  • Clean Solvent with lower presence of solutes

This feature is used to concentrate solutes and recover them for use as liquid or further concentration by drier as powder. Some of the typical applications are as under-
  • Soya Protein concentration before feeding to spray drier ( UF plant under assembly for this application is shown in picture)
  • Beverages – enhances the taste and removing colour
  • Automotive- recovering coolant oil or concentration of paint
  • Textile Unit- recovery of dye from waste
  • Electroplating- recovery of metals
  • Dairy- Concentration of milk and whey proteins
  • Sugar- concentration of juice or sugar brix
